Reporting an issue on the ground in real time
Thanks to the community reporting feature, a collaborative approach inspired by Waze, your outdoor adventures will be even smoother and safer. This feature allows you to view reports from others, helping you to choose and prepare your trips more effectively. You can also add a report yourself when necessary. By actively using this feature, you will become a sentinel for others, just as they will be for you!
Without a Visorando account, you will only be able to view reports.
To report an issue:
- If you haven't already done so, log in to your Visorando account on the mobile app
- Access the route OR go to Menu > Location/Map
- Tap the yellow button with an exclamation mark on the right-hand side of the map
- Select the category that corresponds to the issue you have noticed
- Add a photo and/or text
- Tap the green Save report button at the bottom of the screen
You can enable or disable this feature, and therefore the display of reports on the map, at any time via the app settings: Menu > Settings > Show reports.
At present, you cannot:
