Updating my bank details

If you change your bank card or if it expires, remember to update your bank details so that your subscription can be renewed without interruption and you do not lose your benefits.


📱 For purchases made on the mobile app

Android

  1. Open the Play Store app
  2. In the top right corner, tap the profile picture
  3. Tap Payments and subscriptions > Payment methods > More options > More Payment settings
  4. If prompted, sign in to Google Pay
  5. Under the payment method you wish to remove, tap Edit
  6. Make the desired changes
  7. Tap Update

iOS

  1. Open Settings
  2. Tap your name
  3. Tap Payment and Shipping
  4. You may need to sign in with your Apple ID
  5. Tap Add Payment Method, enter the new payment method, then tap Done
  6. Tap Edit
  7. Tap the red delete button next to the old payment method, then tap Remove

🖥️ For purchases made on the website

If you signed up for your subscription via the website and your bank details need updating, you can do so at any time:

  • Go to the website and log in to your Visorando account
  • Click on the My Account > My Premium Subscription tab
  • Click on the Update payment method button

If your bank details are not up to date when your subscription is due for renewal, you will receive an email asking you to provide a new payment method.
