Updating my bank details
If you change your bank card or if it expires, remember to update your bank details so that your subscription can be renewed without interruption and you do not lose your benefits.
📱 For purchases made on the mobile app
Android
- Open the Play Store app
- In the top right corner, tap the profile picture
- Tap Payments and subscriptions > Payment methods > More options > More Payment settings
- If prompted, sign in to Google Pay
- Under the payment method you wish to remove, tap Edit
- Make the desired changes
- Tap Update
iOS
- Open Settings
- Tap your name
- Tap Payment and Shipping
- You may need to sign in with your Apple ID
- Tap Add Payment Method, enter the new payment method, then tap Done
- Tap Edit
- Tap the red delete button next to the old payment method, then tap Remove
🖥️ For purchases made on the website
If you subscribed via the website and your bank details need to be updated, you will automatically receive an email when your subscription is due to expire, asking you to enter your new payment method. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder before contacting support.
If you have not received anything, even in your spam folder, or if you wish to update your details in advance, please contact support.
