Getting an invoice
If you would like to receive an invoice following your purchase, select the option that applies to you below and follow the instructions.
📱Purchase on the mobile app
You should have received the invoice automatically by email at the time of purchase.
If you cannot find it, please contact the Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS).
🖥️ Purchase on the website
To obtain an invoice for a subscription taken out on the website:
- Log in to your account
- On the home page, click on the brown tab My Premium Subscription
- In the right-hand column, click on See my invoices
