Logging in or logging out

All your information is linked to your account: routes, bookmarks, subscription, etc. It is therefore essential to be logged in to your Visorando account in order to access your data and benefits at any time.

📱On the mobile app

To log in:

  1. Open the app and tap Log in
  2. Enter your email address, your password, and finish by pressing the green Log in button

If you created your Visorando account using your Google, Facebook, or Apple account, you must enter your Google, Facebook, or Apple username and password.

To log out:

  1. Open the app and tap the Menu in the top left corner
  2. Tap your profile picture or My account and tap the red Log out button

When you log out of an Android device, you will lose all your downloaded maps.

🖥️ On the website

To log in:

  1. Click on the blue Log in tab in the top right corner
  2. Enter your username or email address, your password, and finish by pressing the green Log in button

If you created your Visorando account using your Google, Facebook, or Apple account, you must enter your Google, Facebook, or Apple username and password.

To log out:

  1. Click on the blue My Account tab in the top right corner
  2. Click on Log out
