Signing up

Signing up is essential if you want to get the most out of our tools. With your Visorando account, you can log in on both the mobile app and the website, so that all your data is automatically synchronised across your different devices. You can also access our route planner for free via our website.

📱 On the mobile app

  1. Open the app
  2. Enter your email address and tap Continue
  3. Open the email you have just received from Visorando and tap Confirm my registration
    If you do not receive the confirmation email within a few minutes of submitting your registration request, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
  4. Enter a password, choose if you want to receive our email communications and tap Confirm

That’s it – your account has been created and you’re logged in 🎉

It is also possible to sign up on Visorando using your Google, Facebook, or Apple account. PLEASE NOTE: This means that you will need to log in to Visorando with your Google, Facebook, or Apple credentials thereafter.

🖥️ On the website

  1. Click on the blue Sign up tab in the top right corner (or click on this link)
  2. Fill in the form and finish by clicking Sign up
  3. Fill in the second part of the form if you want to, and finish by clicking Submit. Otherwise, click on Ignore

Following this, you will receive an email allowing you to confirm your registration by clicking the link inside it. If you do not receive the registration email within a few minutes of signing up, please check your spam/junk mail folder.

It is also possible to sign up on Visorando using your Google, Facebook, or Apple account. PLEASE NOTE: This means that you will need to log in to Visorando with your Google, Facebook, or Apple credentials thereafter.
