Using a discount code

To redeem your discount code, you must enter it before paying for your purchase:

1. Go to our website and log in
2. Once logged in, click on the blue tab My Account > My Premium subscription or on the Visorando Premium tab
3. Click on the Visorando Premium benefits tab
4. In the right-hand column, you will find a discount code box
5. Enter the code and click on the Enter button

If you already have an ongoing subscription, you must first cancel it. Once the expiry date has passed, you can take out a new subscription by following the steps above to redeem your discount code.

To find out the expiry date of your subscription from the app: Menu > Visorando Premium > Summary.
From the website, click on My Account > My Premium subscription. The expiry date is shown in red.

If your discount code is reported as invalid or cannot be found, please check your entry and make sure that the code has not expired.
