Starting, pausing, or stopping a recording

When you start recording a route, the app will regularly geolocate you to create your own track on the map, free of charge. Once completed, you will obtain your own track as well as data about the route: duration, distance, elevation profile, altitude, etc. This gives you an overview of the route you have just completed, allowing you to share it with others or simply repeat it later.

To use these features, you must allow the Visorando app to use your location. To do this, open your device's settings and go to Apps > Visorando > Permissions

To record your route:

  1. Open the app and tap Menu in the top left corner
  2. Tap Record a route
  3. Tap the green Start button

To follow a route:

  1. Access the route you are interested in
  2. Tap the + button at the bottom right of the screen
  3. Tap Start the route

In the information panel, you will see your own data displayed in blue and the data corresponding to the forecast for the selected route in black. If the information panel is not visible, please follow the instructions given in this article.

To finish, pause or resume recording a route:

  1. Go to the route being recorded: Menu > Recording in progress
  2. Press +
  3. Press Finish/Pause/Resume this route

You can find the routes you have saved under Menu > My routes
