Cancelling my subscription
You may cancel your subscription and/or automatic renewal at any time. After cancellation, the subscription will remain usable until its expiry date.
To find out the expiry date of your subscription from the mobile app, tap Menu > Visorando Premium > Summary
📱 Purchase on the Android app
If you subscribed via the mobile app on Android, you must cancel your subscription through the Play Store. To do so:
- Open the Play Store and tap your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen
- Tap Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions
- Tap the subscription you want to cancel, then tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions
📱 Purchase on the iOS app
If you subscribed via the mobile app on iOS, you must cancel your subscription from your iPhone. To do so:
- Open the Settings and tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions, then tap the subscription you wish to cancel
- Tap Cancel Subscription

🖥️ Purchase on the website
To find out the expiry date of your subscription on the website, go to the home page and click on the brown My Premium subscription tab.
To cancel a subscription taken out on the website:
- Log in to your account on the website
- Click on My Account > My Premium Subscription
- Click on Cancel the renewal
If you cannot find the Cancel the renewal button, it means you have already cancelled your subscription.
