Synchronise/Retrieve routes
Your routes and your bookmarks are linked to your account. To access them, you need to be logged in.
To log in to the mobile app:
- Open the app
- On the Join Visorando now pop-up, tap Log in. If the pop-up is not displayed on opening the app, tap the Menu on the top left corner, then tap Or log in and then tap Log in
- Enter your username and password, then tap the Log in button. If you signed up to Visorando using your Google, Facebook or Apple account, tap the corresponding logo at the bottom of the screen, then enter your Google, Facebook or Apple username and password.
If you're already logged in to the app, please launch a manual synchronisation of your routes. To do so:
- Open the app's Menu on the top left corner
- Tap My routes
- Tap the Sync arrows on the top right corner
If, despite these steps, you cannot find your routes and bookmarks, it most likely means that you were not logged into your account when you saved them. Therefore, you cannot retrieve them.
Unfortunately, restoring deleted routes isn't possible
