Delete your account and data
If you delete your account, all the personal information you provided during signup and added to your profile will be deleted. Your profile page will no longer be accessible, you will stop receiving emails from Visorando, and all your sent private messages on the website will be deleted.
Please note that this action is irreversible.
Once your account has been deleted, you will no longer be able to log in to it, either via the website or the Visorando mobile app.
However, you can create a new account.
You can delete your account via the website or mobile app, or by sending a request to Support.
📱 On the mobile app
- Open the app and tap on the Menu in the top left corner
- Tap your profile picture or My account
- Tap Delete my account
You will be redirected to the website to complete your request.
🖥️ On the website
- Log in to your account on the website
- Click on My Account and Account Settings
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Account deletion
If you no longer have access to your Visorando account and wish to delete it, you can submit your request by email:
